While moving about, engrossed in your daily business, do you perhaps halt for a moment, at the sight of a shadow that momentarily catches you by surprise? If you pass by it do you feel like returning and having your eyeful? I do.

Awe-struck at how beautiful something which is the opposite of light, yet cannot exist without light, I wend my way through thoughts, arriving at a perpetual understanding: pain doesn’t exist in the absence of pleasure; mistakes do not exist in the absence of morals; our ego doesn’t exist in the absence of an identity; and confines do not exist in the absence of freedom. Like these shadows that don’t exist in the absence of light, or should I say darkness?

Ideas eat away at our truths, and we disappear in the midst of everything we are not. Why are we afraid? What are we afraid of? If you look at it, isn’t everything, in all their shapes and shades, just beautiful?
